A club built rink-side, by hockey families, for hockey families.

How We Started

Founded On A Simple Idea

Toronto Monarchs Hockey Club was formed to give GTA kids a place to fall in love with the game the right way — with coaches who teach fundamentals before flash, ice time that's actually used for development, and a club culture where every family feels like they belong on the bench.

We run house league and competitive streams side by side, because we believe both paths deserve the same standard of coaching. Whether your skater is lacing up for their first season or chasing a rep roster spot, the Monarchs badge means the same thing: proper development, real accountability, and a team that has your back.

Coaching Staff

Led By People Who Know The Game

Our coaching staff is Hockey Canada certified across every division, with backgrounds spanning junior, collegiate, and long-time minor hockey development. Full staff bios and division assignments are posted each season once rosters are finalized — reach out any time to ask who's behind your player's bench.
